Review of autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty (R Clinic)

Before<before>Before<before>After<while in splint.. lol>After<after>After<after>After<after>After<after>I wasn’t sure if it was okay to write the full hospital name, so I just wrote it like this.. ^^;; I’ve had an extremely, extremely, extremely severe complex about my nose since long ago, and honestly, it’s not just me, everyone is really scared of rhinoplasty, right? So at first I started with filler... (If there’s anyone here who is still debating between filler and surgery, I seriously want to stop you. Just get the surgery, unless you want to live with more cost and pain;;) Of course at first the effect was good and there were parts where I was like, oh? But that didn’t last long, and then I was obsessively watching rhinoplasty reviews hundreds and thousands of times again, suffering badly from an inferiority complex about my nose. Honestly, a natural-looking nose wouldn’t even have satisfied me.. Even if it was noticeable, I wanted a glamorous nose, a nose that suited my facial features well. (So I think that’s why I liked the filler even less)

So I started going around for consultations, yeah. I think I really visited almost all the famous clinics in a community. Places that do natural styles, no no. I only went to places that do glamorous styles. But there were places that quoted an absurd amount of money, and I clearly came for my nose;; yet some places recommended my eyes, forehead, and all kinds of things, so it actually made me resistant.. Thinking about it now, this was the 5th place I found while going around for consultations, and seeing things like this, I do think it’s right to go to as many consultations as possible, yeah. It was a place that met everything I wanted: glamorous nose + a diagnosis with no overtreatment that talked about only my nose + reputation.

For the surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage.. and had foreign material removal done at the same time ^^;; Oh, and I also had a hump, so I had hump correction done too, but the director said it wasn’t to the point of needing osteotomy. I had my nose done in May.. Now I’m just so satisfied that the hard parts from then have been almost beautified in my memory, but still, one thing I remember up to now is when the splint was on, it really felt suffocating and my mouth inevitably felt completely dry. I usually don’t drink much water, but at that time I lived with 2 liters of water by my side.. But then once the splint came off, I felt able to live again and stopped drinking it lol As for walking, I’m someone who already hates exercise, so I didn’t do it much.. I just followed only what the hospital told me not to do (no drinking, no smoking, pressing on the nose). So I think I recovered well on my own.

I’ve been lurking in this community for a while and saw some things, and this place used to be a clean zone.. but these days there seem to be a lot of brokers and ads running rampant (especially reviews too.. lol) So I just wanted to show a realistic review too, which is why I posted this. If there’s anything you’re curious about besides what I wrote, let me know. I wrote it all over the place, so it’s just long ㅠㅠ I know it probably wasn’t very helpful, so I feel awkward.. I intentionally didn’t write the cost.. If you’re curious, comment ㄱㄱ
