After after before before before I had arm liposuction + an arm lift around the end of June, and now it has been over 4 months! After losing a lot of weight, my upper-arm skin sagged so much that I looked into it and had the surgeryㅠ It's already month 4. I had the arm lift and liposuction together, and for the liposuction, they broadly removed everything from the accessory breast area, the arm root, and down to the lower armpit area! The sagging upper-arm skin was lifted. Even though I had them together, I don't think it hurt that much on the day haha. From the next day, it started swelling and hurt a bit, but it didn't last long! If anything, the tingling and hot sensation felt stronger.
I don't usually do intense activity, so there wasn't much discomfort in daily life haha. Until last month, there was still a slight pulling feeling when I raised my arms, but now even that is gone, so I guess I'm recovering well haha.
What worried me most about an arm lift was the scar, but since it's on the inner arm anyway, it doesn't show much unless I raise my arms all the way up. I can see the scar fading as much as I take care of it, so if I keep managing it diligently through winter, I think it will look cleaner by next summer!!
More than anythingㅠ When I see that I can freely wear clothes that cling tightly to my upper arms, which I couldn't even imagine before surgery, and that the loose, dangling skin is gone, I think I would do it again even if I went backㅠㅠ
