Ever since I was young, whenever I looked in the mirror, all I could see was my hump and crooked nose. Especially after getting nose filler done wrong, the flaws stood out even more. I was old enough now, had no attachment left to my nose, thought my life would become happy if I just did my nose, and thought side effects had nothing to do with me as long as I researched the clinic well.. Since I’m older, I didn’t want anything obvious, so after a long search, I decided on an Apgujeong plastic surgery clinic with an extremely natural style.. In conclusion, the thing I genuinely regret most in my life is rhinoplasty. From a hump and crooked nose, I gained a hump-crooked-long nose + bumpy nasal bridge + bulbous nose + uneven nostrils, and I seriously developed mental distress. To the point that I don’t want to wake up in the morning.. The surgical method was to slightly rasp the hump, place a little cartilage above the hump, use septal cartilage on the nasal bridge, and tie ear cartilage at the nasal tip to correct the crooked nose and soften the hump line. (They said no one would notice, so I was completely tempted.. but in the end it was so weird that everyone noticed.) Stupid choice 1. The doctor had a warm impression, only ran a blog containing his philosophy on plastic surgery, didn’t look commercial, didn’t push surgery, and even left comments like, “If you’re sensitive, don’t do it. It can’t be undone.” But! The before-and-after cases you can only see at the clinic were, of course, only good photos, and I couldn’t hear about any specific side effects at all.. Stupid choice 2. Osteotomy carries risks, and although they would slightly rasp the hump to match my face shape, there are limits because of the nasal bone structure, so the feeling would remain.. Ha, I only understood what that meant after doing it.. I had surgery because I hated the hump, but the hump is still there, and only the peak of the mountain was shaved off, so it feels like someone pressed down hard with a finger. That became the beginning of my mental distress. Stupid choice 3. If you fix and tie a crooked nose with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, of course the nostrils will shift and look uneven from the front. The nasal tip is still bulbous and hard, and because the tip got higher, naturally my nose looks longer and more stuffy than before. Stupid choice 4. This is what causes the most mental distress. Because I’m older, my skin was thin, and after surgery.. the hump area got thicker from being rasped, and the nasal tip is also plump and thick from cartilage, but the middle part of the nasal dorsum that comes down along the hump looks relatively thin, so the side lines on both sides of the nose when seen from the front are the funniest.. It doesn’t end there.. The boundaries of three parts are clearly visible: the nasal bone area, the cartilage area, and the lower area where the ear cartilage was placed. When I run my hand down along the nasal bridge, the line is bumpy.. Ha, when I see it under lighting, my blood pressure shoots up backwards. Thin skin should absolutely not be operated on. Did the doctor not know this would be the result.. Anyway, the strange gut feeling I had from when the compression bandage was removed became obvious at 2 months, so I visited the clinic. They said the hump was softened from the side and the crooked nose was improved from the front, so it turned out the way I wanted, and asked why I was acting like this and told me not to look in the mirror. If I had become prettier too, I would have looked in the mirror moderately and been happy.. They made a nose that makes me look only in the mirror, and then tell me not to look.. hmm.. From the side, it’s true that the hump looks much more softened and the crooked nose improved a little. But when I look at the front view, I wonder what meaning that has. Most people will talk while looking at the front.. Anyway, your natural own nose is the prettiest (why do I want to go back to that pretty old nose so badly? I cry every day), and without much improvement in your flaws, you can gain more flaws that you can’t return from, so please be really careful, visit many clinics, and carefully look through before-and-after photos (6 months or more) and reviews! I’ll post a 6-month review again!
