I went for a consultation for full-face facial fat grafting, but they said I was too thin and had no fat to harvest, so fat grafting was impossible. They do seem honest and like they don’t push unreasonable procedures. Instead, they recommended filler, but I’m a bit worried because filler gets absorbed over time. For filler alone, the price is about 3 times other clinics, so it’s a bit expensive.
