The surgery was done using a septal support method. From the beginning, I had no intention of raising my nose that much; I just wanted to reduce the hump a little and increase the columellar angle, so I went ahead with it. The doctor suggested a direction and consulted with me in a way that matched exactly what I wanted, so I trusted them and proceeded.
