As I got older, I lost fat in my upper eyelids, so they became deeply sunken. Starting about 2 years ago, the fat loss became really severe, so I looked sick and lifeless. I kept debating between filler and fat grafting, but I ended up leaning toward fat grafting and had it done. While doing the fat grafting, I also had my double eyelids tidied up. I was a bit scared about having fat removed, and I was also scared the fat might clump, but in the end I think I made the right decision. I should have done it sooner.
