From what I heard, even just having a bulbous nose or a hump alone is considered relatively tricky, so the surgery is difficult. I had both a hump and a bulbous nose, so when I went for consultations, I tended to focus on places known as nose-specialized clinics, and most of them recommended things like implants using autologous costal cartilage.. Personally, I had seen reviews saying autologous costal cartilage tends to be painful and that people struggled because of the scar, so I felt reluctant…
