Hehe <After removal> My nose... even in places without lighting, the shape of the silicone was visible as if a piece of chalk had been put inside, and the septal cartilage at the nasal tip was pointy, so the tip of my nose was also showing through. Fortunately, there was no inflammation or contracture; I decided to have it removed solely because I didn’t like the shape of my nose and it was uncomfortable. Aesthetically it wasn’t good either, and I never knew when inflammation might develop.. After searching a lot for reviews on YouTube, Naver, and many other places, I chose a place with many reviews and lots of progress photos and before-and-after surgery photos uploaded. Most of all, there were videos on YouTube showing how the surgery is performed, so I chose it without hesitation. Since I’m an office worker, I couldn’t have a splint, but fortunately this place doesn’t use a splint, so it didn’t interfere much with work either. What I was most worried about before surgery was that the shape of my nose might become deformed after surgery and change my face, or that the surgery might go wrong and cause inflammation instead. I was really worried, but the swelling started going down completely from day 3, and my nose returned to a natural shape. I think the surgery took less than an hour, and there was almost no pain.. Even though I had it removed, my nose didn’t become extremely low or anything like that, so if everyone here is struggling because of an implant placed in the nose, this is a clinic I can recommend. The clinic facilities aren’t exactly amazing, but it doesn’t feel old or dirty at all, and the director seems to have a long career and good skills. After the removal, I’m not even thinking about revision rhinoplasty..
