I went in to have forehead filler removed. I consulted with the male director, and besides the area I asked about, he also explained other areas in detail, but it didn't feel like he was aggressively pushing procedures, so I felt less pressured. Since it was a procedure, maybe that is why there wasn't a separate consultation with the doctor who would perform it, and once I went into the procedure room, he looked at my chart and immediately did the procedure. He said filler removal usually can't be done perfectly in one go, and although a little filler remained, which was disappointing, it doesn't really affect daily life so I'm just living with it. The clinic interior was really stylish, and unlike the cafe-like lobby, the procedure room had a monotone, slightly cold feel, which was scary!
