I completed full-face fat grafting up to the second round, and although the fat did not engraft as much as I had expected, I’m fairly satisfied for the cost-effectiveness. However, there is almost no aftercare, and after surgery they barely pay attention to you. The doctor in charge is kind, but you don’t really see them except during the pre-surgery consultation. I recommend it for cost-effectiveness.
