My nasolabial folds were fairly deep and my jawline also looked loose and saggy, which kept bothering me T_T ;; I do not have a lot of facial fat, so procedures like Ulthera or Thermage felt limited, and in the end I got O2 soft tissue contouring surgery at One & Only haha At first I hesitated because the surgery area was bigger than I expected and the cost was not small, but if I was going to do it anyway, I wanted to properly address the nasolabial folds and jawline that had been bothering me all at once, so I decided to go ahead. On the day of surgery, I was oddly nervous because of general anesthesia, but when I opened my eyes, everything was already done haha I recovered my condition a bit and then took a taxi home. There was of course swelling at first, but I could see it going down as time passed, and after about a week there was not much inconvenience in daily life. Because the incision goes through the ear area, there cannot be absolutely no scar, but I kept taking care of it with ointment, and now it has faded a lot compared with the beginning. Most of all, before, my jawline looked uneven and saggy downward, but now the line is much smoother, and that is what I am happiest about haha The nasolabial folds also look less deep than before, so overall my face seems more refined. People around me mostly said things like, your face line looks different or did you lose weight? rather than asking directly whether I had surgery haha I wanted something naturally refined rather than an obvious dramatic change, so I am pretty satisfied with the result now haha
