My nose line has become clean and breathing is easier, so I'm only writing this now. Before, one side and then the other would get blocked alternately, and I used to sleep with my mouth open every night. At GNG Hospital, I had customized implants, hump correction, and rhinitis surgery together for both functional and cosmetic reasons. The director showed me the side view and said we should raise only the tip slightly to match the height of the hump, so we went that way. They also said they would bring in the wide nasal bone together, so I trusted them. At first I was a little worried because of the swelling, but strangely, after a month, the definition of the nose bridge became clearly visible. Now I hardly feel any blockage, and from the side only the tip stands out a little, so it looks neatly adjusted without being obvious, and I'm satisfied.
