Nose Surgery Reviews

6-month review of my first nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage

Before surgery, my low glabella and wide alar base were stressful, but after getting nose surgery from Director Kim Jae-yoon at Lowell Plastic Surgery, the parts that stressed me out improved and I’m happy about that! It’s already been over 6 months. The swelling has gone down a lot compared with the early stage, so now it has become naturally looking just as I wanted, and people around me often tell me my nose is pretty. I found Lowell after reading reviews online and went for a consultation. Since it’s not a large hospital, I felt Director Kim Jae-yoon was being very delicate from the consultation stage, which I liked. Also, except for the custom implant, the price was exactly as listed on the app with no extra charge, so I was satisfied with the price too. I used Soffit, a 3D implant, for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip! What I liked most was that I didn’t just meet the director on the surgery day; I could meet and talk every time for cotton removal, splint removal, scar care, and more. I was worried that daily life would be uncomfortable after nose surgery, but because it was fixed firmly with autologous costal cartilage, there was no interference with my daily life. Now that a lot of time has passed, the tip has become much softer compared with the beginning, so I’m satisfied.
