I have a lot of dead skin and blackheads too... but I brought a review It has been a little over 3 weeks, and I had only the tip of my nose done with autologous costal cartilage. Before that I had a bulbous nose and a short upturned nose, and I was so self-conscious about it that I got surgery So far there does not seem to be any inflammation or side effects, and the left-right symmetry is also good I am happy with the shape, honestly, how much prettier could it get without using silicone anyway.. Anyway, I will bring a review after 1 month later too
