I do not have a nose bridge, so I think I definitely need silicone, but when I look around, it seems like it ends up looking obviously done. Is there no way to avoid that? Please tell me whether using autologous costal cartilage or custom implants or something like that looks less obvious. Or if anyone has had successful surgery despite not having a nose bridge, please advise me on the material and hospital! The hospitals I know about are just the ones I heard from acquaintances, [Clinic A] and [Clinic B].
