I had my dorsal hump shaved, arrow-shaped nose correction, and alar reduction surgery. For 2-3 days after surgery, I swelled more than I expected and thought I looked like Avatar.. ㅠㅜ But as advised here, I walked a lot, and thankfully the swelling went down well afterward. Walking is the answer! I was originally someone who never even imagined getting plastic surgery. I had never even thought about the common double eyelid surgery, but one day I was looking at photos of myself and my arrow-shaped nose was really bad, so I really didn't like itㅠㅠ Because of that, I avoided taking side-profile photos and was stressed, then since I was wearing a mask due to COVID, I thought it probably wouldn't show much, so I made up my mind really quickly and decided on nose surgery. But like my nickname, I'm a person who worries a lot, so through acquaintances and searching, I narrowed down hospitals and spent a month researching online and visiting consultations. Everyone says you get a feeling while going to consultations, but honestly I didn't know what that feeling was, and I looked for a hospital that could reflect my opinions well. Since I'm someone who worries a lot, I wanted to do it naturally without silicone, using only ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but some hospitals said that was absolutely impossible, and others said I definitely had to use silicone, so I really recommend comparing hospitals. Since I wanted to do only the minimum surgery, the hospital that seemed like it would reflect my opinions well was O** near Gangnam Station, so I even went there for a second consultation. Director Kim ** was kind and reflected my opinions a lot. Especially the consultant did not recommend excessive things, and before surgery, I brought photos of a celebrity, and they printed them out and put them up in the operating room. It was embarrassing, but I was grateful. hahaha I didn't know the operating room nurses were originally that kind, but they treated me like a kindergartener, so I wasn't nervous. I had searched and read all the surgery reviews, so I thought, oh, they do trim nose hair too. (At first it was shocking.) After the surgery, I saw the director and then took the subway home. What was especially good was that the bleeding seemed to have stopped well, so I didn't even have a nosebleed and went to the hospital the next day with the gauze still fine. As a tip, during the pre-surgery consultation with the director, I think it would be good to tell them once again the shape you want. Since there are so many patients, I think making that appeal then will be the most memorable. I didn't want a flashy line, so I like that it turned out natural. Now I can take photos without much pressure, and since my complex has been resolved, my satisfaction is high. Actually, they say the nasal tip drops a little, and I liked the line before it dropped less, so I do get greedy and want to raise the nasal tip a little more (me, who never even thought about plastic surgery) haha I hope my review is helpful.
