I had my first consultation today, and after getting the consultation, I really want to get it done as soon as possible Both places mentioned the nasal septum, and I’d heard that rib cartilage is sturdy, but they said it probably wasn’t necessary to use rib cartilage. Is septal cartilage usually used a lot for a first surgery!? I want this to be my first and last rhinoplasty
