The staff were very kind, but the surgeon had a very strong opinion. My asymmetry was severe, so when I asked them to even out the line, they firmly said that was not possible. (Before the surgery, I thought it was impossible to match everything.) Even during surgery, they do not check the line by having you open and close your eyes. Since my first surgery was done here, I thought the doctor must be more skilled and confident... But looking back, that may not have been the case. It has been about a year since the surgery, and while I am not dissatisfied, I do feel a little regret. Still, it looks extremely natural, and the swelling went down very quickly.
