Raising the line for sausage eyes?

Usually, when people say “sausage eyes,” it means the line has to be lowered no matter what, right? First of all, my eyes have had double eyelid surgery twice with incisions, and they’re not extremely sausage-like, and the line isn’t high either, but they kind of look like the swelling hasn’t gone down? That kind of eyes. So I’d given up and just lived with it because I hated the idea of the line becoming an inline crease if it was lowered too much. But today, while going around for consultations, that director said that while excising skin, the line could even be raised! I asked if raising the line wouldn’t make it more sausage-like, and they said that making the line higher doesn’t automatically make it sausage-like, and that they could raise the line more while also preventing sausage eyes. They said a bunch of difficult things, but I couldn’t really understand Anyway, no matter how much I look online, I’ve seen lowering a sausage line, but I haven’t seen raising it, you know? So this sounds really tempting, but I’m also wondering if it actually makes sense, so I’m asking whether everyone here has had this kind of experience or whether anyone has had surgery using this method. If anyone has, please let me know!!
