I had my first double eyelid surgery 5 years ago.. after 2 years, the line became too thin, so I even wore double eyelid tape, and it was so stressful that I had revision surgery. It’s been about 3 years since the revision now, and the line hasn’t become thinner. It’s very natural and became the line I wanted, so I’m satisfied. If you’re dissatisfied with the line, try waiting just 1 year. I also wondered on the day of surgery if it was too much, but I think the line has to be excessive at first so it doesn’t become too thin, and once the swelling goes down, it looks much prettier.
