The facility itself was clean and the staff were kind. But there was a bit of pressure to make a same-day reservation, and when the consultation with the director got longer, I could feel that they were getting a little annoyed. Still, they consulted kindly and explained things about the nose slowly and well. But the price was higher than I expected, so I’m thinking it over.
