Previously, I had alar base reduction and nose surgery together, but my nose still looked short like an upturned nose and still had a bulbous-nose feel, so I decided to get revision surgery.
After seeing a review photo of a nose similar to mine that I really liked, I had surgery with a director at a plastic surgery clinic. I had revision rhinoplasty (silicone, autologous costal cartilage, dermis, periosteum, short-nose correction, bulbous-nose correction), and since I was doing it anyway, because my mouth looked protruded and because of the nasolabial angle, I also had cat surgery using autologous costal cartilage~ I had eye surgery before too, but my eyes still looked small, so I had an endoscopic forehead lift, and for a V-line I had double-chin liposuction; because the chin fat would sag if I only had liposuction, I also had Fox laser. I was so stressed because my nose was short and plump like an upturned, bulbous nose. Since I was doing nose surgery, I did the forehead lift and double-chin liposuction all at once too, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. My eyes became rounder, and more than anything, the nose line is so pretty. Amazing! The director recommended cat surgery too because of my side-profile line, and he made exactly the elegant yet glamorous side-profile line I wanted.
I had incisional double-eyelid surgery and canthoplasty 10 years ago, and nose surgery 2 years ago too, but even after doing my eyes and nose, I couldn't really tell a big change. My mouth looked protruded, my nose looked bulbous, and my double-eyelid crease was low, so I was worried. I really found my once-in-a-lifetime nose! If your mouth looks protruded like mine, definitely do cat surgery together! For droopy eyes and small eyes, definitely make a note of forehead lift too. They also carefully did scar laser treatment for the autologous costal cartilage donor scar, so the aftercare was good, and I'm very satisfied!
