I was concerned about facial fat, so I went for a consultation about deep cheek fat, but they said it was more facial fat + a recessed chin rather than deep cheek fat. They said I could still see some effect if I had liposuction around the V-line area, so I had the surgery. It was under sedation. After the swelling went down, it does seem to have had an effect, but honestly I think dieting would probably be more effective hehe..
