During the consultation booking process, there were about two communication mistakes, such as the reservation date being entered incorrectly. I checked it myself, corrected it, and visited, but the wait was over 1 hour. They said the director was in surgery and that they had asked him to finish early, but it made me think, wouldn’t they do that even if I were the one in surgery..? The director is good at identifying the shortcomings of my face and explains each thing well while showing example photos, but when I, someone without specialized knowledge about plastic surgery, asked out of simple curiosity, “Is something like this also possible?” he questioned me back like, “Then are you saying I’m lying?” He was so full of confidence that he was right, and it made me seriously embarrassed. If I ended up not liking the surgical result or something went wrong, I felt like communication wouldn’t work and he would just keep insisting that he was right, so I passed.
