Improving the side profile was of course urgent, but I also wanted to see an effect from the front, and I liked that they explained frankly how the surgery would need to be done to achieve the look I wanted. I had a bulbous-nose look, so they said it was important to remove as much nasal tip fat as possible and lift the tip. It felt like they were trying to explain things in a way that made sense from the patient’s perspective? The consultation manager was also kind, and throughout the consultation I never felt that anyone was unfriendly. The cost came out a bit higher than I had expected, but the staff were kind, and somehow it felt like they would take care of me sincerely until the end if I contacted them after surgery.
