Four years ago, I reduced it by about 1.8–2.2 cm, and this year I reduced it again by about 1–1.5 cm. I was satisfied with the first surgery, but after facial contouring surgery, my forehead felt long, so I had revision surgery for better proportions. Since I’m still only 1 month post-op, it’s hard to say about the scar, but after the first surgery, although a scar did remain, after more than a year it became something I didn’t really care about much. It does remain, but if your forehead is very wide, I recommend just doing it even if a scar remains..! And now, at 1 month post-op, a lot of hair is falling out, so I’m a little worried but I’m thinking that, like the first surgery, there probably won’t be any major issue for now.. However, it wasn’t like this before, but the director looked busy, and strangely, the clinic felt like it had become slightly factory-like. The M-shaped hairline didn’t improve greatly, but I think that’s a limitation of forehead reduction surgery, so I think choosing to have this surgery was a good decision!!
