Review one month after surgery for a long nose and bulbous nose

<Before surgery after dissolving filler>After<One month after surgery>After<One month after surgery>When I was organizing my pre-surgery list, a community helped me so much, so I’ll write this as sincerely as I can, focusing on post-op care.

None of the photos are edited.

When choosing a hospital ) Compared with my face shape, I had a long nose with wide nostril wings, a bulbous-nose style. I wanted it to look unnoticeable and natural, so I judged by two conditions: a place that would naturally raise the bridge while reducing the nostril wings, and above all, a private clinic that prioritized safety. When listing hospitals, I absolutely removed any place where even one person here said not to go, and I also excluded places known for flashy noses.

So I went to consultations at six places in total, and among them, I decided on the last hospital because the review photos and consultation matched the ideal nose I wanted!

I dissolved the filler 4-5 days before surgery and had it done under sedation anesthesia with a 4-4.5 mm silicone implant. Once the filler was dissolved, I basically had no glabella, so I became even more determined to get surgery,,,,

TMI) Right after surgery, the height had gone up more than I expected, so I worried a lot. I was more swollen than expected, and after the splint was removed I cried my eyes out because I was worried, but the director and consultant told me to trust them and said to see them in 3 weeks, and that by then I wouldn’t even remember it,, Thankfully, around days 10-14, the swelling went down a lot. So when I went in at 3 weeks, I felt a bit embarrassed haha But the reason I’m bringing this up is that I also felt like my nasal tip was lifted a lot right after the splint came off, and even though I cried because it was so swollen, it got okay after 2 weeks. At the time, I searched here quite a bit because I was worried, so I’m writing this in case it helps anyone.

Since the nasal tip went up, the nostril wings also look slimmer, and because I also had the bridge inserted, the nose overall looks smaller. Since I didn’t get nostril wing reduction, the nostril wings didn’t change dramatically, but I think that would be if I had considered nostril wing reduction.

I also worried a lot about the hospital until right before surgery, but I’m satisfied myself, and I like that others don’t notice because it looks natural. It’s currently been over 2 months, but the photos are almost exactly from the one-month mark. I swear I paid for my own nose.
