Dream Plastic Surgery Apgujeong Main Branch
Eye revision surgery + under-eye fat repositioning At Dream Plastic Surgery Apgujeong Main Branch, 10 years ago I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + lateral canthoplasty with Director Song. As I got older my skin sagged, so while I was at it, I also had under-eye fat repositioning done together.
Even the first time I went, rather than bringing celebrity photos and saying, please make me look like this person, an older friend I’m close to had her eyes done there and it turned out well, so I followed her there, had a consultation, and ended up getting it done on the spot. When I went back 10 years later at the end of 2022, first of all my eyes were very asymmetrical, so I wanted that corrected. The director asked if the thickness was okay, and I said I wanted it a bit thicker than before, so he made it slightly thicker than before. And while I was at it, I wanted lateral canthoplasty too, but he firmly refused. I think the surgery was probably buried sutures and partial incision with an in-out line. When I was younger, I did it really hastily, so even back then it had the vibe of “please just do whatever you think is best,” and he took care of it...
The cost was 1 million won for eye revision surgery (since I had it done at Dream 10 years ago) + because I was doing under-eye fat repositioning at the same time, that was adjusted to 1.4 million, for a total of 2.4 million. They said under-eye fat repositioning alone would be 1.6 million. In my case, I originally had pretty aegyo-sal, so they said they would also make the aegyo-sal while doing the repositioning. According to the consultant, Dream doesn’t do simple under-eye fat repositioning, but raises the muscle and so on, and explained various things. I unexpectedly got aegyo-sal, so I suddenly looked younger.
