Before consulting with the director, when consulting with the manager, sometimes they only ask simple things, but there are also cases where they handle most of the consultation. Here, there was none of that, and I liked that I went straight into a consultation with the director. As I had seen in reviews, the director started with structural aspects and showed various before-and-after surgery photos, and I could see that he was trying to help me understand from the basics. He explains things in more detail than I, as the patient, even ask. Afterward, the format is to talk with the manager about the price or simple questions, but when I had a question during the director’s consultation, they immediately connected me back to the director.. The director explains without showing any annoyance at all.
The consultation was so good and they were kind, and it seemed like their style was to take responsibility for postoperative care through to the end, so it was a clinic I was considering until the very end. There was a consultation fee, but it didn’t feel like a waste, and I went in right away without much waiting.
