Eye surgery: upper-eyelid fat grafting or fat repositioning, [Doctor A] vs [Doctor B]

I originally had monolids, but I developed double eyelids as I got older. The crease is too high, and perhaps because my eyelid-opening strength is weak, I seem unable to open my eyes well in photos, so I went for consultations because I want correction. I visited two places: [Clinic A] [Doctor B] and [Clinic B] [Doctor A], but their recommendations were different, so I am very conflicted. Please leave lots of comments. Both commonly recommended incisional surgery plus ptosis correction. The differences were: 1. [Doctor B] placed the line conservatively, as I had heard. They said the fat could be lowered during the incisional ptosis correction. At the end, they said recurrence could occur, though I am not sure whether they were talking specifically about my eyes or generally. Apparently I do not have much fat. The consultation ended there. Conclusion: incision + ptosis correction + fat repositioning. 2. [Doctor A] also recommended incisional ptosis correction, but said lowering the current crease substantially was not advisable because it is already very high. The line they marked was definitely higher than [Doctor B]’s, though it was not an outer crease. They said that, considering my age, making it too low would not look good. They showed me in a mirror how grafting fat into the marked line would slightly cover the upper eyelid. They do seem to have a good aesthetic sense. Conclusion: incision + ptosis correction + fat grafting. I went in feeling quite casual, but after hearing about fat grafting for the first time, I searched a lot about it on the way home. Since there can be complications, I honestly feel reluctant. I have also heard that grafted fat may not last long, so I am very conflicted. Could you share many opinions about fat grafting?
