The coordinator and doctor were both very kind. However, they recommended lower-eyelid fat repositioning, canthoplasty, and other procedures, but I left them out because they would have cost a lot, and I am less satisfied as a result. I plan to have lower-eyelid fat repositioning later. After the lower-eyelid fat repositioning, the dark circles caused by fat disappeared, but as the fat became thinner and the skin tone darkened, another type of dark circle appeared. Since I was less satisfied, I plan to try lower-eyelid fat grafting later. I also developed many wrinkles around the aegyo-sal area under my eyes. I already had quite a few eye wrinkles, but as the fat decreased after repositioning, wrinkles developed. I can definitely see why the clinic recommended canthoplasty. Putting the cost aside, there really is a reason they recommend it.
