I tend to prefer a natural look, but during the consultation for my first surgery, they recommended quite a high silicone implant height (3-4 mm) and also explained the autologous costal cartilage option, so it felt a bit burdensome for me. The price was not on the cheap side either, and I did not want a flashy line, so I did like that, during the consultation, they explained clearly what was possible and impossible for my nose.
