I had alar base lowering, but maybe it came down just a little... Anyway, there wasn’t a big effect During the consultation they spoke so confidently that I trusted them, but now I only have a foreign-body sensation in my nose and didn’t see much effect Because of the nature of alar base lowering, the nostrils became narrower, which is so uncomfortable that I want to remove it.
