It has been 5 months since I had chin surgery and square jaw surgery with Director Lee Ho-bin at DA. Since my first cosmetic surgery was facial contouring, I was even more scared. During recovery, all I remember is being very uncomfortable and having a hard time, but now I feel proud as I imagine myself gradually changing.
After the two facial contouring procedures, I had no sensation around my jaw, so it was uncomfortable and I was really worried. But just as the director said, sensation started coming back after 3 months, and now I’m living without discomfort. Even though I still have some residual swelling, I’m satisfied when I see that my angular square jaw is gone and my jawline has become sharper. Still, until the 1-year mark, I’m planning to live carefully by avoiding intense exercise and making sure my jaw doesn’t get bumped.
