My third rhinoplasty failed, and now I’m looking into a fourth revision. Please, brokers and paid commenters, your comments can seriously affect someone’s mental state, so have a conscience and leave. If you’re acting as brokers even here, you’re not human. On my third surgery, my columella, which had been fine, became retracted. I kept saying I wanted it to look natural until the end, but I don’t know if they enjoyed seeing me struggle or what; they made it exactly like the reference photos I asked them to avoid: sharp, Pinocchio-like, the definition of an obvious plastic-surgery face. Right now it’s urgent for me to lower the nasal tip and bring down the front and back columella naturally. Can anyone recommend a hospital that’s known for natural~ subtly refined columella work? Even if it’s not necessarily natural/subtly refined, please recommend a hospital that’s good at bringing the columella down Please help me
