Before/after review of my nose surgery at K-Plus. Before the surgery, I was really nervous, but the operating-room staff and the director took such kind care of me and calmly prepared me for surgery, so I felt reassured and fell asleep. When I opened my eyes, the surgery was already over hahaha
Even though the surgery ended late, they told me I could keep lying down longer if I wantedㅜ I was worried because I went without a guardian, but they brought me water and even walked out with me until I was on my way home, which really touched me... I was out of it after surgery, but thanks to the staff member who walked out with me, I got the courage to go home, seriously
After surgery, before the nasal packing was removed, I had a hard time, but on the day it was taken out, the director patted me and said I had done well, so it felt like the pain of those 4 days disappeared lol A week later, when I had the stitches and splint removed, the staff member was so kind that I was moved Removing the stitches hurt more than removing the packing. I teared up a little
After the splint was removed, I looked at the shape, and it came out not excessive, but naturally, with exactly the rounded feel I wanted As expected, the director’s hands are art, I was amazed. They reflected my opinions so wellㅠㅠ They really understood exactly what I wanted and handled it perfectly
Even though I had osteotomy too, I had almost no bruising, and the swelling went down quickly. I felt relieved because I think that means the surgery went well. Every time I go in for follow-up, everyone at the clinic is so kind that it makes me want to keep going back haha
From around week 3 after surgery, the close-set look of my eyes improved a lot and it became more natural My nose became more defined, so it felt both awkward and fascinating, and I kept checking it with the camera
Everyone I meet says it looks pretty, and I also like that I no longer have to do the nose contouring I used to be obsessed with when doing makeup
The director said they would do osteotomy, so I thought a lot about whether to do it or not, but I think I’m glad I did. I like that my nasal bridge is visible even from the front, and the line came out just like I said during the consultation, not an overly curved beoseon-style line, but more like a straight-to-slightly-curved line. They also kept the rounded feel nicely! I think it came out naturally without looking separate from the overall feel of my face
The downside is that I can’t pick my nose with my fingers and have to treat my nose more carefully than before surgery, but I think I’m satisfied enough to accept that!!
