I’ll tell you about my current nose condition first^^.. I had surgery 8 years ago using silicone and ear cartilage, and maybe my skin has gotten slightly thinner, because there’s some show-through. The nasal tip has also drooped a bitㅜ I wanted to refine the line into a cleaner straight-to-curved profile, so I started looking into clinics.
Places I went for consultations Top Class There was no consultation fee. They didn’t do photos, CT, or anything.. Then I had the consultation right away. I didn’t designate a doctor, so they said they would guide me to a doctor who is confident with noses. The consultant was kind, and the doctor listened to what I wanted without pressuring me and diagnosed things quickly. They checked the line while drawing. It seemed like they pursue a dramatic line. For the show-through, they suggested using dermis, and for lifting the nasal tip, donated rib cartilage. (For the dermis, either autologous or artificial dermis was fine.) General anesthesia. The price was on the high side.
Banana There was no consultation or CT fee, and they even took photos before the consultation. The consultant was somewhat bright, and the doctor had a calm energy and a composed way of speaking. He explained step by step what kind of surgery I would need. This place recommended donated dermis. For costal cartilage, either donated or autologous was fine. When talking about the reservation schedule, I said I was thinking over a fairly long period, and they told me to think about it and contact them again. (No pressure.) Sedation anesthesia / swelling laser, injections, scar-tissue injections, sebum care, self-care kit. If I write a review, the price is fairly reasonable. I was quoted an event price.
And There was no consultation fee, but CT cost 10,000 won. They took photos and then did the consultation. The consultant was kind and had strong confidence in the doctor. The doctor came after finishing surgery and looked tired, but explained in detail. I hadn’t heard this elsewhere, but he said my nasal bone was deviated and talked about using a 3D custom-made implant. If I do autologous costal cartilage, they provide an abdominal binder, saying compression is needed after surgery. Local anesthesia, sedation anesthesia. They said I needed philtrum correction. After adding this and that, I got the highest estimate here. We also talked about functional rhinoplasty, and they told me to call the insurance company in advance under the condition of 6 hours of hospitalization..
Once the college entrance exam ends, peak season will probably start.. (and if university finals ending overlaps too..) I’m wondering whether I should hurry and put down a deposit for a decent time slot first..^^ I really hope this will be my last revision surgery, so I feel desperate.. Anyway, this was a short consultation review. I hope it helps everyone!
