It must be hard dealing with all the patients whose complications were caused by the director, right.. Just quit and go work somewhere else. They schedule consultation appointments way, way too tightly, and pack the surgery schedule too..^^ It must be so hard for you. There have been even more negative posts recently, so you must be working even harder deleting them and contacting people..
