Since it was a revision surgery, they recommended full incision + a bit of ptosis correction. I asked about epicanthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning, but they advised against them. Anesthesia is sleep anesthesia > local anesthesia, and the surgery takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
