Is Upper Canthoplasty Normally Like This?

My first double eyelid surgery was buried-suture, but it came undone, so I had a revision for the second time at a clinic in Gangnam. But I paid almost 2 million won for upper canthoplasty + buried-suture revision. I went in thinking upper canthoplasty was like medial canthoplasty, but opened in an upward direction. But looking at the before-and-after comparison too, how should I put it... it just feels like they only fixed it upward? I don’t think they cut or opened anything ㅠㅠ Are there places that normally do it this way? The horizontal length didn’t change, and it just feels fixed upward. Is this normal? I thought they would actually cut the front ㅠㅠ
