I went to a few places famous for functional rhinoplasty + cosmetic rhinoplasty... Since I have a hump nose, my nasal bridge isn’t exactly low, so they all said surgery is possible without an implant.. One place said they only need to shave down the hump a little and lift the nasal tip, while another place said that even if they shave the hump, they would need to grind a little autologous cartilage and place it on top, so I’m not sure which surgical method would be better... I live outside Seoul, so I took vacation time to get consultations.. Even though I want to look around more, it’s hard to make time.. Overall, the doctors explained things well during the consultations~ There was one place where the consultant pressured me to book on the same day, and that upset me..
