I had orthodontic treatment for uneven teeth and a protruding lower jaw, and it took about 2–3 years. I think the treatment ended when I was in either 7th or 8th grade, but I didn’t properly follow what the doctor told me back then, and now, 10 years later, I have malocclusion and my jaw has become much longer haha. I think it’s important to shape the face well when you’re young. Everyone, please listen carefully to what your doctor says... From what I’ve heard around me, I’ve heard quite a few people say their jaw got longer after having orthodontic treatment when they were young. If you have a receding chin, I highly recommend orthodontics haha
