I had inline double eyelid surgery 10 years ago, and this time I had revision surgery with an in-out line using a partial-incision technique by Director Kim Se-young. To be honest, rather than double eyelid surgery, I wanted upper + epicanthoplasty, but since I was already having surgery, I decided to make my double eyelids bigger too! After the surgery was over, the pain was not severe, and it was mild enough that it did not hurt if I took painkillers. Also, I’m originally the type who barely swells, so even though it has only been one week since surgery, most of the noticeable swelling has almost all gone down. The bruising was also small and mainly around the incised areas, and right now my double eyelids are just slightly puffy. The area between my eyes and eyebrows is very narrow, so if the line became too thick, it could look fierce and unnatural, and the director paid a lot of attention to this! As a result, I think he really brought out the look I wanted: “the double eyelid line is visible when my eyes are open, and my eyes look bigger and more opened up”! He raised the line by 1 mm, so there is definitely a big before-and-after difference! To be honest, I wanted the line to be bigger, but because of the characteristics of my eyes, making it too big would have looked unnatural, so that part is a bit disappointingㅠㅠ It’s because of my eye structure, so I guess the only option is to be born again,,ㅠㅠ Anyway, my mom also said my eyes got bigger naturally, and to me they look more defined, so I like them so far~!
