There was some pressure to add extra procedures, and the part I was actually concerned about was described as if it couldn’t be resolved.
It wasn’t even an area that was impossible to resolve, so I don’t know why the consultation was so rude... I remember feeling so upset at the time that I went home, and I think they quoted me about twice the event price.
