I'm writing this to earn points.. haha I spent 5 years researching online and visiting clinics to get under-eye fat repositioning, and in the end I did it at Luark.
I don't regret the surgery itself. However, because my eyes were originally sunken eyes, I had almost no aegyo-sal, but during recovery the aegyo-sal became plump, and I was really happy then. Still, compared with before, the aegyo-sal is more visible, but my under-eyes are very hollow, so I was wondering whether I should get anterior cheek filler and came back to this community.
There were clinics that said fat should be added to the under-eye bags, but here they said no, and even now I admit that was correct. I had already had filler under my eyes several times and had it removed with hyaluronidase, so there must have been a lot of adhesions and tethering, and it probably would have become bumpy.
It was the best choice at the time, but when I smile, there is a hollow under my eyes, and that is my concern. If I don't smile, it's okay..
