The building is very pleasant, and overall it was a good experience. One disappointing thing is that the consultation manager is kind, but it feels like she suggests as many procedures as possible. Later, the doctor may remove some of the procedures that were suggested, but when getting the estimate, it feels like the manager’s opinion is reflected more strongly. I don’t think I was able to hear the realistic aspects of the surgery in detail.
