One of the hospitals I visited while looking around when my nose was ruined and I wanted to remove the nasal silicone. The director said removing only the silicone wouldn’t work, and that my nose was okay now, so I should just live without worrying about it.. The consultant kindly said something like, if I wanted removal, since I’m a college student and the price would be burdensome, it would also be okay to do it at the hospital where I had it done.. So for now I gave up on removing only the silicone, and now the foreign-body sensation in my nose is so severe that I’m considering full removal. I contacted them again and asked whether full removal of the nose implants was possible, and they said it was possible and kindly explained it to me.. I want this to be my last surgery, so I’m debating whether or not to do full removal,,
