I had my 3rd surgery not long ago, and because it was a revision surgery, my skin is stiff and thin, so they said the cartilage would show through They did say they couldn’t lengthen it much, but even taking that into account, my nasal tip is too upturned I specifically asked them to make sure my nostrils wouldn’t show, but they seem to show even more than before If I have a 4th surgery, is it not possible to extend the length? All of my ear cartilage has been used, and if I do it around 6 months later, I might be able to try reusing it Can’t they lengthen it using buttock dermis or dermis from behind the ear?
