Review of surgery for a hump nose and drooping nose

Before-after-after-after-after-after I had a hump nose, my nasal tip was drooping, and my midface looked long, so it was a complex for me. If you look at the pre-op photos, the nasal tip is kind of sadly drooping I wanted a nose that looked as natural as possible and didn’t look too obviously operated on. These days most people get a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but I thought it might make me look a bit masculine, so I wanted a straight-to-slightly-upturned beoseon-line nose. Without touching the nasal bridge, hump nose shaving, septal cartilage, silicone implant, ear cartilage like this...

It was a surgery I had been thinking about for a long time, so I really, really looked into it a lot, too.  I went for consultations at 5 clinics around Sinsa-Gangnam, but the reviews there looked the most natural, and the biggest reason was that the director was so kind during the consultation and explained everything in detail, so I immediately felt a lot of trust.

I didn’t have as much swelling as I expected, so there wasn’t anything especially difficult, and from week 1 I could see the shape starting to settle. The shape I saw after removing the splint was exactly the nose shape I had wanted, so I like it the most, and above all, the drooping nasal tip and the nasal hump improved very noticeably, so I’m really satisfied.
