Lip reduction surgery requires a lot of difficult aftercare, such as scar management and treatment of scar tissue. Around the time the scar color started to fade, it hardened and the scar started to rise in earnest, around 2 months after surgery. After getting scar laser treatment, you have to keep being careful with your movements until the next laser session. The raised scar has gone down, but the faint railroad-like line does not go away easily. Concealer can cover it, but please think very carefully before deciding if you are worried about scars. Since the mouth is a part you cannot avoid moving, it seems that no matter how well the surgery goes, the aftercare is tough. They provide unlimited scar laser treatment and scar care until you are satisfied.
